130 TONNE PRESS - 4m length x 3mm thickness

PLASMA CUTTER - The plasma cutter cuts patterns from sizes entered through a main computer, usually after being put through the decoiler.

SNAPLOCK MACHINE - This is used for machining duct seams to prepare for assembly of ducting.

TDC MACHINE - Used for machining duct connections after they have been through the Snaplock Machine.

WATER JET - The water jet cuts out the insulation for ducting to sizes entered from a main computer.

SPIRAL DUCTING - This photo shows spiral ducting that has been produced from the Spiral Machine. The machine can roll spiral columns from 100mm to 1250mm

TOOL BOXES - Standard tool boxes are available from stock or can be made to order.

LOUVRES - Action Sheetmetal Louvres - made to order.

CUSTOM DESIGNED PROJECTS - We can custom design most sheetmetal projects for example this small incense burner at the Action Sheetmetal office. The original burner was manufactured for the Chinese Temple in Wood Street.
